Mobile Service Agreement
Welcome to EPIC Grooming! we are excited to meet you and your pet.
Before we get to meet you we need you to know a few things..
The safety of your pets and our groomers is our priority. This is why we have the right to refuse any services, if we think your pet is extremely stressed or aggressive.
Cancellations:
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancelation or 50% of the total service will be charged on the next visit.
Flea and Ticks:
If your pet has fleas or ticks we will automatically apply the treatment and it will have a charge of $25-$30 depending on size of your pet.
IF YOUR PET IS MATTED:
Please know that matted dogs can have extra sensitive skin, irritation, and or wounds under the matts. This is why in the event that we have to shave your pet the customer is releasing EPIC Grooming from any liability that may occur ( nicks, or cuts, razor burn, raw irritated skin or any other issue resulting from matted hair). If there are any Vet bills, it would be responsibility of the owner and extra fees may apply.
WE love our seniors and Special needs dogs:
EPIC Grooming knows that every pet has different needs, this is why we only do one on one appointments to make sure our pets are safe and healthy. Therefore we ask you to please let us know of any pre-existing condition upon our arrival. If any medical issues occur the customer is releasing EPIC Grooming from any liability that may result from your pets age or condition.
Aggressive pets:
We understand that some pets can be a little more difficult, this is why we ask you to please let us know ahead of time if your dog is aggressive or has bitten or snapped before. We will give a chance to every pet, but is important for you to warn us. We will use a muzzle on your pet if is necessary and if it is safe for them. If your pet requires an injectable sedation, we will not be able to perform any service. if your pet has been sedated please let us know ahead of time.
If an accident occurS:
Our priority is to ensure safety for every pet. All our shampoos, perfumes or other products used during the grooming process are specially made for pets and are PH balanced to eliminate any kind of irritation. We also work with sharp tools and some pets can be wiggly during the grooming process, therefore in the event of any accident, injury or irritation as a result of the grooming process any veterinary or medical treatment will be at the customers expense.
If for any reason we can’t groom your pet:
Although we will try to do our best to make sure the service is done some dogs might not be able to be done, either because they are aggressive, anxious, or any other issue we will have to charge 50% of the total service price. If the groomer did half or more we will charge 100% of the service.
In case of bad weather:
All the appointments will be rescheduled for future dates.
Pictures and videos:
We love to take pictures of our beautiful pets, and these pictures can be used for any social media or business purpose. I hereby grant permission for EPIC Grooming to use my pets name and or picture for promotions, advertising or portfolio images and release EPIC Grooming Salon from any liability.
LIABILITY RELEASE: I expressly assume full responsibility for all risks of any and every kind involved with my pet’s participation in mobile dog grooming services with EPIC Grooming Salon. In consideration of allowing my dog to be groomed, I, on behalf of myself and my pet, do hereby agree to hold harmless, release, waive and forever discharge EPIC Grooming Salon, its owners, members, agents, representatives and employees, from any and all claims, whether known and unknown, anticipated and unanticipated, which arise during or out of my pet’s participation in grooming services. I further agree that in no event shall I bring any claims, demands, or legal action against EPIC Grooming Salon for any economic or non-economic losses, whether in negligence, gross negligence or mental anguish, due to bodily injury, property damage, or death sustained by my pet or myself in relation to pet grooming services and/or operation of the mobile dog groomer. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless EPIC Grooming from all losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including but not limited to reasonable attorney’s fees and litigation costs) incurred by any of the released parties as a result of any claims, damages, expenses, costs, or suits brought against any of the released parties to recover any losses or damages which arise during or result from the mobile dog grooming service.
